Optimal placement and sizing of photovoltaic power plants in power grid considering multi-objective optimization using evolutionary algorithms

Abstract During the past decade, effect of renewable and non-renewable Distributed Generation (DG) sources production has grown all over world. Also, it enhanced by national international policies aimed at increasing share energy combining small high efficient heat power plants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, global warming have been encouraged. Although installation operation DGs discussed for solving network problems in distribution networks, fact is that most cases, Distribution System Operator no control or influence DG placement size. In this article, a meta-heuristic algorithm management decision-making optimal selection presented, choosing solution, impact factor suggested best case. Inappropriate may increase system losses, investment, operating costs. This paper determined capacity photovoltaic improve voltage profile, active reactive lines MATLAB software second version genetically engineered with unstable Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II).
